Internet banking or… just walk in!
“Jordi, why do you use internet banking? You are a great networker, you should go to the bank,” a good friend told me to my surprise…
We are talking about a small town (population 75,000). He likes going into the bank. He can talk to the branch director and get the latest business news.
So at the end of the day, my friend is right. I complain every time the Internet banking is not working because it forces me to walk into the branch. However, oftentimes I end up speaking to someone about the economy and business news.
This is one more example when we should choose the right medium. If we want to get more than just the banking transaction, let’s go into the branch and talk to people!
